With the Marai and Sanik project, we were not only looking to create a living space, but also to make a contribution to the development of the entire area. Providing urgently needed day care places was as important as providing integrated care projects, including sponsored projects, through accommodation suitable for the needs of people with disabilities. And it was natural for us to deliver a building with an extremely modern and attractive design.
