Project Description

Community infrastructure is the framework of physical facilities needed to support and sustain a community of people to live and work. Examples of fundable infrastructure include the following:

• New, improved or safer roads and other transport facilities, including public transport and facilities to support walking and cycling
• Flood defences
• Open spaces (e.g. parks, trees and public squares)
